Pilot The Dutch Endometriosis Center

The Dutch Endometriosis Centre is a recognized expert facility dedicated to the care of individuals affected by endometriosis. Its primary focus lies in the multidisciplinary management of deep endometriosis. 

At the centre, treatment is provided by a comprehensive team of specialists, including gynecologists, surgeons, urologists, radiologists, and pain management experts. They work alongside allied health professionals, including psychologists, dietitians, and pelvic floor physiotherapists, and are supported by specialized nursing staff and a skilled surgical team. 

The challenge

Endometriosis care is complex, time-intensive, and highly multidisciplinary. Clinicians must coordinate across specialties, manage extensive documentation, and ensure personalized treatment plans for each patient. This administrative and cognitive workload can take valuable time away from direct patient care. Time that health professionals could spend on clinical reasoning, communication, and improving outcomes.

The pilot

Delphyr and The Dutch Endometriosis Center have officially signed an agreement to launch a pilot program within the Department of Gynecology, focusing on the endometriosis care pathway. Together, they explore how Delphyr can support physicians, nurses, and administrative staff in delivering high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care. More specifically, it is examined how Delphyr’s AI models can:

• support doctors and nurses with optimized, intelligent workflows.

• improve clinical administration with AI-augmented documentation.

• measure the effect size and benefits of Delphyr’s platform in real-world use.
